Returns & Refunds
At The Wicklow Seaweed Company (TWSC), your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
The item is unopened and unused.
It is returned in its original packaging.
You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product first. Once your return has been approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
