Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- It may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
